On Thursday January 26, 2012 I reached 26 weeks! WOW time is really flying by! Exactly at 25 weeks Elizabeth Mai Bleick decided she wanted to show her daddy that she was really in her mommy's tummy! James was poking around playing on the computer so he missed her kicks. The next morning however she was going strong and he got to feel her moving. I am trying to enjoy this time with her because I know I will have other moments with my baby girl once she is born but this is mainly my time to bond with her in a way I will not be able to once she is here. I have been sick all this week and started really feeling better today except for the congestion but I think it is going to stay with me from now on. I had bought a box of Strawberry cake mix and some strawberry icing and it was in the pantry and I forgot that I bought it so today I got this craving for cupcakes! So I got up and made some cupcakes. Also I think I have begin part of my nesting stage because by Saturday at 11:30am I had cleaned the entire house (except office for other reasons) ceiling to floor! Well that is the latest update. I have posted a picture of the cupcakes!

New Crib Bedding and Registering
Finally I can say I am done with registering! We are registered at BabiesRUS, Target, and Walmart. Let me just say it was not an easy task but I survived it. I found out when I got home to add the bedding to the registry that they no longer sold the bedding. So I did pick out another one and it is just as cute to me. I have posted a link to it below. The image decided not to load tonight.
Now all I have left is to finish typing up my shower list. Elizabeth decided to get hiccups on Sunday morning and I can not feel her on the outside yet but Pepper and I was laying on the couch and his head was on my stomach when all of sudden our little girl decided to make my stomach bounce. Pepper jerked his head up and whined at my stomach. I couldn't help but laugh. I love feeling her move. She is getting more active as each day goes by.

James's Birthday and Elizabeth's Nursery!
James had his birthday on January 4, 2012 with me and the boys at home. I got him some buffalo wings (one of the things he loves) and a sugar free cake. He enjoyed blowing out the candles with Toby (Our mini dachshund that is 9 yrs old). Toby thought he was going to have him some cake. Elizabeth Gave her daddy an outfit that said Daddy's Sweetheart. I think he liked it. He also got some coffee for his Kureig and a K cup. On Saturday January 7, 2012 the crib came in for Elizabeth from her MeMe and Papa (James's mom and dad). Took us a little bit to figure out since the instructions were not labeled correctly but we got it done! I even put the dogs in the bed to make sure it was good to go. Finally her nursery is complete as far as furniture goes. We just have bedding and decor to go then waiting on our baby girl. I have posted the various pictures below:)

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Had a wonderful Christmas and got to spend time with friends that I no longer get to see on a weekly basis. It seems like time is flying by I am already 22 weeks and will be 23 weeks on Thursday. James has surprised me by having to do with our friend's kids more than usual. He actually held David Dunn (Jodi's 2 week old at the time), reached out for Ava Webb to come to him (Ashley saw this and had to do a double take), and this past Friday he played and held with Tyler Gately (our neighbors 6 month old). We finally have all of Elizabeth's furniture painted and the crib is ordered and should be here next week. I will post pics of her nursery once all of the furniture is in the room. I am looking forward to a great 2012! I know it will all go by so fast so I will try to enjoy every bit of it. Wish all of you a Happy New Year and may it be a blessed one! Posted pictures below from our Christmas!
